The Hunor-Almamellék Association is a new, independent association of huntsmen running an area of 5.300 hectares mostly in private ownership. The area is situated over the southern hills and valleys of Zselic one of Hungary's most beautiful wooded regions.

The area is populated by big game. Regarding the grand total, the most significant commercial income is produced by hunting, pay-hunting for deer, roe and boar. The deer stock both in terms of quantity and of quality deserves recognition, as a result of which we are regularly able to welcome recurring hunter guests. The roebuck stock qualifies strong medium; the development of regional agricultural production is likely to cause a further improvement - according to local conditions - in the quality of trophies and the stock.
Fellow hunters can boast a remarkable number of medal-winner boars they have killed in our area.
